Our Content: The Pinkrea website, logo, branding, underlying code, templates, and AI technology are our exclusive intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our platform without our express written permission.
Third-Party Content: You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to use any images, fonts, or text you upload or input into the tool. Pinkrea does not claim ownership of third-party content you use.
5. No Affiliation with Pinterest
Pinkrea is an independent tool and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Pinterest, Inc.
“Pinterest,” the Pinterest logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Pinterest, Inc. We respect the intellectual property rights of Pinterest, Inc., and we advise all users to review and comply with Pinterest’s own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using the content generated by our tool.
6. “As Is” Disclaimer
Because Pinkrea is provided as a completely free service, it is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
